Small parade of shops 5 min walk with spar, post office, butchers and coffee shop

10 minute walk to Ashley Cross with pubs, bars, restaurants and coffee shops etc. 10 minute walk to Parkstone Railway Station (2 hours direct to London Waterloo).

5 minute drive to sandbanks beach - really busy in summer so go either very early in morning or later in afternoon/evening to avoid crowds.

Other things to note
Small amount of the host's clothes will be in the spare room wardbrobe. The single bedroom drawers will contain some host's chidren's clothes - but plenty of space will be made for guests' clothes.
