We are located on a quiet street just a few blocks walk to many activities and eats around the funky St. Johns neighborhood. A lovely getaway for couples, single travelers, friends or families!

*Space is around 900 square feet
*Sleeping arrangements include a separate bedroom with a queen bed (medium firm), a twin bed (medium firm) in the living room & large sofa in the living room (not a pull-out bed)
*Amenities include mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee & maker, snacks/drinks and a 55" smart TV
*Bedroom includes a desk with 32" smart TV/monitor with HDMI cable and remote
*Smart TVs include Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu, YouTube, etc. (you'll need to use your personal logins); broadcast channels available with antenna
Guest access
*Easy, private entrance with 4-digit code on the exterior door
*Back yard is available for guests' use. You may see us out watering plants, but otherwise it's yours.

*As we live upstairs on the levels above, guests will be able to hear us walking about on hardwood floors, other upstairs noise, etc., during times when we are at home
