The space
You will be renting out the guest bedroom that includes a private bathroom & shower that is connected. Common living areas are available. When I work from home, I work on the first floor. Living room and kitchen are on the 2nd floor, all bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and rooftop is on the 4th level. Don’t be shy of the stairs 😁

Free street parking only available. Digital key pad entry to front door. All bedrooms have a digital key code entry for added security! Common living areas & roof top are available for use. No smoking inside.
