The apartment is ideally designed for a long-term stay or a flex-cation / work from anywhere trip. The apt has 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has a private office with a full work from anywhere set up including an all in 1 printer, scanner, and copier, a proper desk, proper offer chair that's very comfy, monitor, keyboard, mouse so everything you need. After catching up on work you can use the gym and in the summer the rooftop pool as well as all the wonderful amenities in the condo. Like to cook? Great! The kitchen has everything you need and more with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a blender, water filter, spice rack, luxury tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, and more than enough pots and pans!

The space has been upgraded to include a full work from home set up with an ergonomic chair, full desk, monitor, and accessories. Your living room will also benefit from a large flat-screen TV for streaming and HDMI cable. Want to chill out and watch a movie? I’ve supplied the blankets and the popcorn!
The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with little touches of Boston. Extra linens, towels, and pillows are provided as well as fluffy comfy bathrobes!
Relax and revive yourself in a fully stocked bathroom. Earth Friendly Toiletries from Ginger Lily Farms are included.
Like to cook? So do I! The kitchen has everything you need and more with a water filter, spice rack, oil, vinegar all included as well as luxury tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Of course, a microwave, kettle, and french press as well as plenty of pots and pans and kitchen accessories are included!

Accessing your apartment:
The building has elevators and a ramp for easy access. If you are disabled please reach out and we can let you know the door measurements.
Check-in anytime from 3 pm. If you arrive before then you are welcome to leave your bags but please bear in mind your apartment may not be ready.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has a law stating heating must be available until mid-May. This means the heating will be on in the building until then.

The rooftop pool is a calm and relaxing retreat open from 9 am to 7 pm, it is not designed to be for pool parties or for large family gatherings with lots of noise.

There is a max capacity of 3 guests per booking for the pool at any time. Any unauthorized guests are not allowed and you will be asked to leave.
The gym is open from 5 am to 11:00 pm
The library and lounge area are available for guests to use from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. There is free wi-fi for you to use.
Laundry is shared and is on each floor. Laundry is open 24/7 for you to use. Machines are operated with a card that can be bought on the laundry card dispenser.
Parking is not included, rates can vary - please ask for the latest details and bear in mind pricing is not set by the host and is subject to change
Background Check, Refundable Pre-Authorization Hold, and Minimum age of guests.
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee
