Luxurious and spacious condo on 7th floor with big terrace and incredible sea view to Isla Mujeres and Cancun Hotel zone. It has 2 bedrooms (BR 1: 1 king size bed with TV, BR 2: 1 queen and 1 single bed) with ACs and ceiling fans. From the master bedroom you access the modern daylight bathroom with a big shower and large closets. The other bathroom can be accessed from the 2nd bedroom or the living room and has a shower as well.

The space
The condo has an open floor plan incl. living room with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, gas stove, oven, microwave and a big refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser and ice machine. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table for max. 6 persons or at the spacious terrace which offers a dining area and comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the Caribbean Sea view. The condo offers the possibility of home office having an office desk, office chair, a monitor to connect to your laptop (HDMI cable) and fast WIFI. Additionally, you can make use of the washing machine and dryer at your convenience.

Amara has 24/7 security and 2 free parking lots belonging to the condo. It has beautiful gardens and offers great infrastructure like kids’ area, kids’ playground, palapa with snack bar and barbecue stations. The huge infinity pool with deck chairs and the beach in front of the pool are great to relax and enjoy your holidays.
