The space
Spend your days exploring all that the area has to offer, including the top-rated Siesta Key Beach and Myakka River State Park, and come home to relax on the lanai, overlooking the private, screened pool. The pool ranges from 3.5' deep in the shallow end to 6' at its deepest point. There is also a heater that can be utilized during the winter months. The lanai features a seated area for relaxing or friendly conversation and a glass-top table perfect for casual outdoor dining (free of bugs). Also equipped with a ceiling fan/light as well as patio lights makes this a perfect area for night-time entertaining. Just outside the cage you will find a propane gas grill with all necessary tools for the perfect bbq.
The newly renovated, over-sized, fully-stocked kitchen comes complete with all your culinary needs. Just a few of the amenities include; an electric range, microwave, double-door refrigerator with ice machine, 12 cup coffee pot, single cup Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, and a complete set of cookware. One kitchen outlet contains a USB port to easily charge all your smart devices.
The cozy living room has a very open, neutral, and relaxing feel with all new vintage, beach-look flooring throughout. Curl up on the cozy couch (includes a queen sleeper) to watch a little TV, read a book, or simply enjoy the views out the double sliding doors overlooking the lanai and pool. The living room has a 48" LED 4K TV with basic cable and a Blu-ray/DVD player. For those looking to get a little bit of work done while away, the desk with 27" monitor situated in the beautiful bay window overlooking the quiet neighborhood and Florida landscaping, provides a tranquil place to concentrate. The breakfast bar and lanai area great secondary places to pug-in quickly and check email. Work, relax, reset!
The dining room features a 54" round dining table which seats six comfortably for a more formal dining experience.
The master bedroom also shares the same beautiful view of the lanai and pool and has a king size bed as well as a very large walk-in closet. Definitely enough room to unpack and stay a while! There is a 40" LED TV mounted on the wall across from the bed also containing basic cable and a digital alarm clock with USB port. The master closet has a large dresser and you will also find an iron/ironing board located here. The master bath has a large vanity with plenty of natural light and a walk-in shower.
The guest bed has two twin beds and another large walk-in closet. This room also has a 40" LED TV with basic cable and a digital alarm clock with USB port. The guest bath is separate and has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer in the vanity drawers.
Single car, attached garage contains a washer and dryer as well as an extra refrigerator. You will also find everything you will need for a wonderful day at the beach...a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, and a large umbrella with sand post.
