This luxury detached condo is located in the gated Village Walk community with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) and is just steps from the front door. The downstairs is a Texas-size open floor concept with a large sectional and couch (which makes into a sleeper sofa), made for relaxing, large screen TV, cable and Wifi. The full kitchen has spacious countertops for prepping meals and is stocked with appliances, basic pots, pans and utensils for your culinary needs. The grand dining table has seating for ten and three additional stools at the bar. Having a separate coffee bar is an added bonus with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the hall closet for your convenience. There is also a half a bath downstairs for guest use. This ground floor also offers a master bedroom (BR1) with King size bed, nightstands, closet, TV and desk/workstation with a monitor. The en-suite bathroom has a spacious vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door and enclosure. More fun is to be had for the whole family by gathering around the fire pit in the outdoor seating area.

(BR4) has a queen-size bed, nightstand, TV, closet, dresser, and chest for your beach attire. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance with the rules below:
1) Port A Paradise VW 10 provides 2 paved parking spaces for 2 medium-sized vehicles and/or one six-seat golf cart.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Life in Paradises Vacation Rental. All tags must be returned to Life in Paradise upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 10. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
