The space
Location, location, location! Centrally located North Scottsdale resort-style home.
Well appointed and comfortably decorated throughout. This is a true home and includes all the extra details (and blankets) that make you feel immediately at ease. This resort style home includes a heated pool (82 degrees Fahrenheit) and in-ground hot tub. *Pool and hot tub heating are year around and included in your stay!
Also includes putting green and grass play area. Pool table, ping pong table, dart board. Wood burning fireplace, gas fire pit. Tons of board games and smart TV’s in every room. Hulu w/ Live TV, Netflix , HBO Max Disney Plus.
Living room has oversized comfy sofas, love seat, and LG Nanocell TV w/ sound bar. An oasis for relaxing and watching movies or sports.
There is a large desk and an extra monitor for your workspace. Cox Giga Blast Optical Internet will ensure you can have an unlimited number of devices without speed reductions! There is also a router on each floor that you can physically connect to.
Each upstairs bedroom includes walk in closet, dresser, bench seat at window, and luxury bedding. The two upstairs guest rooms share a full bath in the upstairs hallway.
Downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and a custom built in closet system that includes drawers, doors, shelves and hanging spaces. Full bathroom down the hall.
