The space
This is a basement suite that has its own entrance and locked off from the rest of the house. We live upstairs (family of 4). We've taken steps to reduce noise and installed insulation throughout the ceiling. However, you will hear occassional thumps between 7am-9pm.

You'll have access to your own suite, which contains
- Robot vacuum for mid-stay cleaning
- TV / Fire TV in bedroom only with various streaming services
- Bedroom with a queen sized memory foam mattress with bamboo sheets and a variety of pillows to choose from
- Living room with a comfortable double futon & kitchenette containing a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and compact refrigerator / freezer
- Office desk with comfortable chair and 27'' monitor & usb-c dock
- Tea, coffee & oatmeal

Guest access
The neighborhood is safe and quiet with lots of trees.

Within 10mins drive, we have a huge variety of groceries
- Trader Joe's (2 mins)
- Albertsons (2 mins)
- New Seasons (5 mins) - includes gourmet prepared meals
- Zupan's (2 mins) - includes gourmet prepared meals
- Walmart (10 mins)


Outside
- Beautiful hikes only 10mins away at Tryon Creek, which are the nicest in the Portland Area. The only hikes nicer are in the Columbia Gorge (45mins)
- Walks around the neighborhood equipped with peacocks
- Kid-friendly neighborhood with 2 parks in easy walking distance (Waluga East and Waluga West)
