Elegant Dream Villa - ideal getaway or Home Office

Stunning 5 bedrooms, each with ultra-modern en-suite bathrooms, state of the art kitchen, very large terrace with shaded area for eating and sunny area + separate shaded lounge and grill area as well as pool and wooden deck.
Also has an office set up with desk, office chair and a large monitor and support for laptop enabling comfortable work from home/ 'Home Office'.
10-15 mins drive from beaches, 5 mins from supermarkets and the main town. when at the house, peacefulness, nature and quiet.
The space
Four bedrooms have adult large beds and the 5th bedroom has bunk beds for children so the villa is suited perfectly for 8 adults and 2 children. There is an extra mattress so can accommodate one more adult or one more child versus the bedroom 10 sleeping places. Each bedroom including the kids' room has an ultra-modern en-suite bathroom.
There is a great children's play area with sand box and wooden house as well as a wonderful swing.
There is a gas grill outdoors, a shaded lounge areas for siesta. A further large hammock competes for the siesta time location.
Pls note the house is in a quiet beautiful very rural area. This also means a detox as you will not have a roaming / network service unless you have Orange (EE if coming from the UK). Vodafone and Movistar networks don’t work. However, we have good WiFi at the house that can be used by multiple persons working in parallel from home from a separate office fully set up (see photos) for Home Office.
We try to keep the house in tune with its surrounding nature - the water comes from our garden also and we encourage you to recycle in separate bins. There is no TV as the mountains are just so beautiful to look at.
