You can check in any time after 16:00.
*Please inquire on the day of check-in, as early check-in is not available until the day of check-in.

Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m.
*If late check-out is available, please inquire for 1,000 yen per hour.
*In the event of late check-out, we will charge 1,000 yen per 30 minutes. (To keep our cleaning staff waiting.)

The house next door is a general residence.
Please pay special attention to the following points.

●No parties or other noisy activities in the rooms are strictly prohibited.
●Please take off your shoes when entering the room.
●Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in the smoking area (balcony).

*If the number of guests exceeds the number of rooms available, or if a false number of guests are booked, a penalty of 5,000 yen will be charged for each person over the number of guests or for each false number of guests.
In addition, if any of the furnishings in the room are damaged, we will charge the equivalent cost of new furnishings as reimbursement.

*If there are stains on sheets, pillowcases, cushion covers, etc. that cannot be removed by normal washing, a separate cleaning fee of 1,500 yen per item will be charged.
