The space
This is a secure condo building just off a main arterial into downtown Seattle. The owners and renters here are urban professionals with work schedules, so the residents are quiet and considerate.
The queen bed is very comfortable, though it is part of a Murphy bed system that folds low to the floor. Those who have trouble getting up from floor level might have trouble with this sleeping arrangement.
Guest access
You'll have a designated parking space (#2) in a secure garage (P3). The elevator and stairwell connect the garage levels, the lobby and the 5th floor unit. The garbage/recycling center is in on garage level P1.
Other things to note
Air-conditioning is provided by a portable unit that is stored away during the winter months. The host will monitor the weather forecast and will ensure that the unit is set up if temps are going to be 75 degrees or warmer. There is also a fan and an air filter in the front closet for additional climate control at your discretion.
Television is not provided, but wi-fi is strong and reliable. A stand-alone monitor is provided for you to connect to your laptop or tablet, if desired.
The bed folds low to the ground, so those who have trouble getting up from floor level may not be a good fit for this sleeping arrangement.
