Sunny room + private bathroom & workspace avail

Sunny room + private bathroom available in this shared apartment, loaded with amenities, outdoor space, & home to two New Yorkers with lots of community info to share! Private bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa and day bed in living room allow for lodging for 4. Workspace is in the bedroom and includes desk with computer chair and monitor.

Please note: we have an incredible apartment cat, but can bring him to a friend’s house if there is an allergy or other issue with that!

The space
The rooms are in a ground floor apartment in the heart of Bushwick. The bedroom is sunny and cozy, with space to sleep, relax, work, or create. Bathroom is not connected to the bedroom but is reserved for guests, with new amenities including a full bathtub/shower. Couch and daybed are in the living room, which is connected on the far side to the shared kitchen. There is also laundry in unit.

Guest access
The bedroom and bathroom are private and exclusive for guests. Living room, though not able to be completely private due to layout, is reserved for you, while the kitchen & laundry are shared with the hosts.

Other things to note
Booking requests for groups of more than 4 people are considered on a case by case basis. Additional guest fee is $60 per night per additional guest, and will be invoiced separately via money request. If you are looking to book our space and have five or more guests, please send us a message and let us know your situation, including how many guests you are traveling with and how long you are looking to stay for.
