Guest access Laundry is the only shared area Other things to note Stair access: The studio is on the first floor and access is via a spiral staircase, which can be a bit difficult when carrying a lot of luggage. Assistance during your stay: My co-host Cristina and I will assist you in everything that you might need. Cleaning service: Once a week, Marcia, our cleaning lady, will wash the towels, bedding and clean the studio for you. Washing of personal laundry is not included but you can hire Marcia directly to do it for you. Laundry appliances are at your disposal. Need a place to park your car? There are free parking spots on the streets of Rua Florida and Rua Pensilvânia. Paid parking facilities can be found at Indiana Park, located in Rua Indiana 1050.
