I've got a list of local sites. Just reach out for details on any of these additional options.   The apartment is ideally designed for a long-term stay or a flex-cation / work from anywhere trip. The apt has 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has a private office with a full work from anywhere set up including an all in 1 printer, scanner, and copier, a proper desk, proper offer chair that's very comfy, monitor, keyboard, mouse so everything you need. After catching up on work you can use the gym and in the summer the rooftop pool as well as all the wonderful amenities in the condo. Like to cook? Great! The kitchen has everything you need and more with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a blender, water filter, spice rack, luxury tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, and more than enough pots and pans! The space You'll benefit from outstanding features such as super-fast wifi, work from home set up, access to a gym, pool and lounge/library, premium kitchen amenities, and fully stocked bathrooms.  The space has been upgraded to include a full work from home set up with an ergonomic chair, full desk, monitor, and accessories. Your living room will also benefit from a large flat-screen TV for streaming and HDMI cable. Want to chill out and watch a movie? I’ve supplied the blankets and the popcorn!  The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with little touches of Boston. Extra linens, towels, and pillows are provided as well as fluffy comfy bathrobes!  Relax and revive yourself in a fully stocked bathroom. Earth Friendly Toiletries from Ginger Lily Farms are included.  Like to cook? So do I! The kitchen has everything you need and more with a water filter, spice rack, oil, vinegar all included as well as luxury tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Of course, a microwave, kettle, and french press as well as plenty of pots and pans and kitchen accessories are included! There is in-unit air conditioning. If you arrive before then you are welcome to leave your bags but please bear in mind your apartment may not be ready.   Heating and Air Con The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has a law stating heating must be available until mid-May. This means the heating will be on in the building until then.  There is in-unit air conditioning. The a/c is locked to 76F.  Parking, Pool, Gym, and Other Shared Facilities All facilities are subject to local Covid 19 regulations, please check the Boston City Council website for the latest updates. As regulations can change, I am not responsible if you arrive and something has closed. We are all trying our best to navigate the new normal. Please be respectful of your fellow guests for all shared amenities and facilities. This is a high-end, luxury condo building.  The rooftop pool is a calm and relaxing retreat open from 9 am to 7 pm, it is not designed to be for pool parties or for large family gatherings with lots of noise.  The rooftop pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is closed after Labor Day weekend. There is a max capacity of 3 guests per booking for the pool at any time. Any unauthorized guests are not allowed and you will be asked to leave. The gym is open from 5 am to 11:00 pm  The library and lounge area are available for guests to use from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. There is free wi-fi for you to use.  Laundry is shared and is on each floor. Laundry is open 24/7 for you to use. Machines are operated with a card that can be bought on the laundry card dispenser.  Parking is not included, rates can vary - please ask for the latest details and bear in mind pricing is not set by the host and is subject to change  Background Check, Refundable Pre-Authorization Hold, and Minimum age of guests. To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a background check is run which has a small fee You will need to submit in date photo ID and selfie A refundable Pre-Authorization hold from $99 per booking is asked for any incidentals just the same as a hotel - this changes depending on the length of stay The minimum age for booking is 25 years old  Pets We are unable to accept any pets unless they are registered service animals. No fees are charged but a refundable admin hold may be asked for. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has additional laws in addition to any laws relating to service animals. All dogs need to be licensed and registered. All animals must also be up to date on their rabies vaccines.  House Rules Summary Please fully read the house rules and you can ask for a copy too. This is just a brief summary. Quiet Hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 Essentially treat this as a home from home: no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Anything broken or damaged, you will be charged for, please let us know in advance. A full summary is available before you check-in Pricing is based on 4 guests sharing a 2 bedroom and 6 guests sharing a 3 bedroom.
